Bridgeforce Data Solutions’ autonomous work environment provides all employees, including interns, with the opportunity to learn how to self-manage and take ownership of their work. With this freedom, we strongly encourage our interns to approach and initiate contact with whomever they may need or want to speak within the company. It is not uncommon for an intern to organize a meeting with a senior leader or give our CEO a call with a question. Interns also have the opportunity for enriching activities such as meetings with BDS leaders.
