Job description

Target Locations: NY, NJ, PA, NC, TX, MD, VA


The Talent Operations Specialist position will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our client services group. This position will support resource planning and allocation and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role will include talent management responsibilities in onboarding and training support of client services staff. The Talent Operations Specialist role will be responsible for Administration, Talent Management, & Process Improvement activities, as well as other tasks and duties outlined below. 


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES


Administration and Operations

  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key metrics and deliverables. 
  • Analyze and monitor CS utilization and administrative goals.
  • Facilitate after-project review sessions and action item follow-up.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback on learning and development sessions
  • Manage annual training calendar, including sending meeting notices, specific dates, number of sessions, and attendees.
  • Assist with resource allocation and planning
  • Monitor team members' client assignments, track resource availability, and oversee workloads to ensure efficient resource use and team productivity.
  • Manage and track PTO, leave, sick time, and other employee time off to ensure accurate records and proper staffing.

Talent Management

  • Manage and execute CS new hire onboarding and offboarding program.
  • Manage and consult with the CS leadership team on the talent review process.
  • Review, evaluate, and monitor individual development plans and SMART goals.
  • Collaborate and coach the CS team on individual development plans, growth opportunities, and career goals
  • Analyze and report on skills, learning, and development needs.
  • Research and recommend technical and soft skills training solutions.
  • Coordinate performance management process including facilitating talent reviews, collecting, and summarizing feedback, and providing coaching support.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in human resources.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including coaching, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and conducting data analysis and reporting.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience


You Should Know:

  • Microsoft Office 365, proficiency in Excel 
  • Human Resource Information Systems - HRIS (BambooHR, Rippling, PeopleSoft)
  • Project Management software (Monday, MS Project, Trello, Zoho Project Management)
  • Flowcharting software (Visio, Powerpoint, LucidChart)

Compensation$80,000 - $90,000 based on experience
