We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who has experience building talent strategies for Operations areas. The purpose of this role is to partner with the Customer Operations area to build and execute on a talent plan that positions Kueski as the best place to build a career in Customer Service and Collections Operations. 

Key Responsibilities
  •  Work closely with People Success Partners and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies for specific roles within the Customer Operations area. 
  • Source top candidates using a variety of sources including OCC and Indeed.
  • Report on sourcing metrics and active pipeline. Help reach out and screen potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience with Kueski throughout all engagements

  • Position Requirements
  • 3-4 years experience recruiting for Customer Operations related roles in a high growth environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), experience with Lever is an advantage.
  • Experience working in the fintech industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
