Job description

proSapient is a global Expert Network firm. We provide clients with rapid access to high-quality, relevant expert insights, through a combination of world-class client services and innovative AI technology. Whether it’s a private equity firm evaluating an investment or a consultancy business charting a new strategy, we connect these clients with industry experts who deliver the insights needed to make impactful, informed decisions.

We are a venture capital-backed scale-up headquartered in London with a diverse, international presence across our offices in Lisbon, Toronto, and Raleigh. With a team of over 260 employees, we are one of the UK's fastest growing and most successful female co-founded businesses

We've had an amazing year in the talent team, hiring talented proSapient’s worldwide and opening a new office in Lisbon! As we gear up for another busy half-year of hiring, we're excited to bring on board an early careers recruiter to join us as we continue to scale and grow! This role will be primarily focused on handling high-volume hiring for our Client Services team, as well as providing support for sourcing Central Teams positions when needed.

This opportunity is perfect for a recruiter who is dedicated to delivering an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience while finding the best talent. *This is a 6 month contract*

Key duties in this role will include:

The Role:

  • Sourcing candidates – using advertising, social media and direct channels to tap into the best Talent globally
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, from interviewing candidates, processing candidates, and handling offers – you will ensure that our candidates have a brilliant experience at each step of the process
  • Interviewing for our Client Services divisions on a high-volume basis and proactively sourcing to find the best entry level talent.
  • Utilizing our ATS System daily, tracking all candidates properly and using data to improve process and experience
  • Being the local specialist for queries on Portuguese employment regulation and hiring best practices
  • Working with the Talent Partner to build out a strategy to build proactive relationships with universities
  • Working with the wider EMEA Talent team to run Assessment days, Internships and other large scale hiring initiatives
  • Researching around recruitment projects – looking into Diversity & Inclusivity initiatives, innovative recruitment processes and future Outreach programmes to ensure evolution of the Talent function

Requirements

Key previous experience desired for this role includes:

  • Previous experience working in a core recruitment role, focusing on junior or volume hires
  • Previous experience managing multiple live vacancies for multiple roles at any one time
  • Previous experience recruiting for early careers including building partnerships with universities would be highly beneficial

Benefits

  • Generous uncapped commission scheme that is designed to encourage and reward over performance - the sky is the limit!
  • Hybrid working (a maximum of 3 days in the office)
  • On top of the hybrid working policy, you can enjoy the flexibility of working remotely for up to 20 days extra each year, allowing you to tailor your work environment to your needs and embrace a change of scenery.
  • Growth Opportunities- At proSapient, your career growth is as dynamic as the role itself! We offer multiple paths for career development, allowing you to tailor your journey based on your skills and interests.
  • Up to €9.60 meal voucher per day
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay
  • Enhanced sick pay (up to 10 days per year)
  • Team outings- From quarterly gatherings to our annual winter & Summer parties, we love to celebrate, collaborate and have fun together!

We are committed to building an inclusive workplace – did you know that marginalized groups are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every requirement listed? If you are interested in the above role, but don’t necessarily tick every box, we encourage you to apply anyway – this role could still be a great match!

At proSapient, we are an equal opportunity employer. As such, we offer equal employment opportunities without regard to race, colour, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status and other protected class characteristics.

All employment is decided based on qualifications, merit, and business need.
