Key Responsibilities

In this role, your primary focus will be on delivering telephone and remote access support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Installing and troubleshooting software, as well as diagnostic equipment and device integrations.
  • Addressing both technical and training-related inquiries.
  • Identifying and resolving bugs or feature requests, and coordinating with our development team for necessary adjustments.
  • Recommending tailored hardware and software solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Required Skills

We seek candidates with a proven track record of at least four years in relevant areas, which include:

  • Designing and installing Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or newer systems.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Workgroup Authentication.
  • Knowledge of best practices for network, workstation, and server management.
  • Understanding of server fault tolerance and backup methodologies.
  • Familiarity with group policies, server, and workstation troubleshooting.
  • Comprehension of WAN infrastructures, including VPN.
  • Experience with Remote Desktop and Terminal Services.
  • Competence in network design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Database maintenance and reporting experience, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and end users.
  • An MCSE certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting abilities are essential.
