Key Responsibilities

  • Embody the Strikingly brand voice in every interaction, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.
  • Create memorable ‘WOW’ moments by delivering outstanding customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Translate product information and customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, to enhance understanding and engagement.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and internal tools to provide effective assistance to our customers.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere in every interaction with customers and team members, emphasizing happiness and support.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication abilities in both Slovak and English.
  • Strong dedication to assisting individuals with diverse learning preferences.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
