Job Description

PIN-UP Global in currently looking for an Online Chat Operator with knowledge of English and Bengali language.

Responsibilities

  • Answer clients' inquiries via online chat in Bangladesh
  • Assist customers regarding website usability
  • Solve customers' issues that they may face during their clients experience
  • Build long-term relationships with Clients
  • Provide clients with current information on current offers/promotions of the company
