Job description

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to aid with Executive Support and/or the following:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Online cloud-based digital filing
  • Templated email creation
  • Invoicing
  • Sales funnel data management
  • Debtors follow up via email
  • Checking insurer documents against our system
  • Claims management in CRM
  • Quoting insurance via online platforms
  • Managing insurance via online platforms
  • Social media content creation
  • Blog creation
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Email management
  • Streamlining all systems and fine-tuning workflow to be more effective

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with implacable multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to follow process and work independently
  • Communicate progress and/or report issues.
  • Insurance experience would be beneficial.
