Location:  Atlanta / Remote
Reports to: SVP Sales Operations
Exemption Status: Full Time, Exempt

Job Summary:

Impiricus is seeking a CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our platform, ensuring smooth sales pipeline operations and maximizing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM, automation tools, and reporting functionalities to support the sales and marketing teams in achieving their goals.

 

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of CRM.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry and seamless workflow automation.
  • Lead standups to review the sales pipeline
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing and sales automation strategies.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align processes with business objectives.
  • Create, customize, and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics.
  • Provide training and support for sales and marketing team members.
  • Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and cleansing CRM records.
  • Integrate with other tools and platforms as needed.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CRM-related issues, working with CRM support as necessary.
  • Stay updated on CRM updates, best practices, and emerging trends.

 

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a CRM, ideally Hubspot.
  • Experience with Lead Automation and pipeline funnel conversion
  • Experience in CRM data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM Certification) are a plus.
