2+ years of experience in CRM administration, database management, or a related role. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong proficiency in CRM software and database management tools. Excellent data management skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Strong research skills with the ability to gather and verify data from multiple sources.

Core responsibilities:

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely data. Monitor the integrity of the data by regularly conducting audits and data quality checks. Ensure that all customer and lead information is complete, accurate, and properly categorized. Research and fill in missing data points such as contact details, company information, and other relevant fields. Regularly update records to reflect the latest customer interactions, status changes, and other pertinent information. Collaborate with team members to ensure all data is correctly entered and maintained in the CRM system. Reach out to customers, partners, and other resources to obtain missing information and update CRM records. Use various communication methods (phone, email, etc.) to gather the required data efficiently and professionally. Document all outreach activities in the CRM system, ensuring a complete history of interactions. Conduct online research and use tools to find missing or incomplete data for CRM records. Identify and implement new methods and tools for data enrichment to improve the overall quality of the database. Provide insights and reports on data gaps and suggest strategies for improving data completeness.
