Sr CRM Developer
Nearshore | Independent Contract
About the Role:
Dynatron software is looking for an experienced results-oriented, data-driven Sr. CRM Developer to
join our Corporate Applications CRM Team. To be successful in this role, you will have to: build
relationships with internal stakeholders, own change management, look across teams for
standardization, design solutions for efficiency and scale, enjoy solving problems, and clearly
articulate business technical requirements verbally and in writing.
We are looking for a candidate that will be comfortable in operating in an ambiguous space with
strong technical ability, strong communication skills, and background in building products and APIs
from the ground up.
We are looking for someone with a curious mind, great attention to detail, and
be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task while managing numerous simultaneous projects.
Qualified Candidates Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience building solutions for Sugar Enterprise using PHP and SQL developer
- At least 3 years of experience in Object Oriented programming in PHP.
- Experience PHPStorm, GIT, BitBUcket, Linus, Apache, MySQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build and deploy processes
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Sugar CRM application architecture
- Experiences in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication and independent time management skills
- Experience with process engineering methodologies (As-Is and To-Be process mapping)
- Strong documentation and communication skills for multi-stakeholder alignment, simplifying complex analysis through compelling storytelling, and producing high-quality documentation
- Ability to synthesize business pain points and people/process/technology issues to formulate proposals to remediate them
- Proficient in Google Slides and Sheets, JIRA and Confluence
- Structures own work to meet all deadlines, is able to shoulder additional workload, and adds value by exceeding original plans
- Demonstrates use of listening and questioning techniques to understand issues and problems
- Flexible, able to multi-task, context switch, and manage prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to communicate information in clear and concise language to a wide audience varying in levels of technical expertise
- Aptitude for learning new concepts and procedures
- Ability to become a trusted advisor to Sugar CRM Team

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying internal and external solutions to business requirements,
- Designing and setting up complex integrations into our existing Sugarcrm architecture and workflows.
- Design solutions that scale with business growth, ensuring long-term sustainability of CRM and data systems.
- Develop Solutions: Manage configuration/coding of new and existing Sugar Enterprise features, including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, flows, and other 3rd party applications.
- Design Solutions: Act as a strategic technical leader to provide architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote & accelerate adoption of Sugar Enterprise to internal teams.
- Multi-Platform Solutioning: Build and maintain solutions in the CRM leveraging Jira, HubSpot, QuickBook Online and Internal APIs.
- Integrations Management: Support cross systems integrations across the CRM ecosystem, backend services, and technologies that align with Dynatron’s CRM development needs.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value.
- Requirements Gathering: Participate in the planning and analysis of requirements for system enhancements, translating requirements into well-architecture solutions that best use the Sugarcrm platform.
- Process Improvement: Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Sugar Enterprise in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace and provide expertise and recommend when to use configuration vs. code vs. out-of-the-box products.
- Technical Support: Manage CRM support requests and any escalated needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and implement measures to continuously monitor and improve systems oversight.
- Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and E2E testing.
- Insight Generation: Using data, synthesize analytical findings into clear, incisive insights and recommendations that drive business results
- Partner with project stakeholders, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to plan and prepare for Go-Live and post-go live support
- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management..
Schedule Expectations - Non-Negotiable
- Critical hours to be available for collaboration with US team are
- 9:00AM-2:00PM EST (USA)
- 8:00AM-1:00PM CST (USA)
- 7:00AM-12:00PM MST (USA)
- 6:00AM-11:00AM PST (USA)
- Balance of 3 hours each day can be worked before or after core hours at your discretion
Key Considerations:
Dynatron does not have a physical office outside of the United States; this is a remote independent contractor position. As an independent contractor, you are essentially running your own business. Therefore:
- The company pays you the full agreed-upon amount
- You are responsible for paying your own taxes.
- You are responsible for obtaining your own benefits (like health insurance).
- This is a 12 month contract to be re-evaluated at the end of the initial 12 month term.
- This role is based on an Independent Contractor agreement, not a traditional employment model.
Compensation Range: $60,000 - 90,000 (USD)
