Job description

We are looking for a CRM Developer to help our transformation into a truly automation-driven company. You will play a critical role in setting up our internal systems and automating them to help our team execute day-to-day operations in a highly efficient manner.

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong technical background and a proven track record in CRM development, API integrations and Reporting. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, results-oriented, and eager to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Assess and improve the performance of our architecture, custom functions and integrations
Transform business requirements into highly streamlined and efficient execution in the backend
Ensure adoption of dashboards and visualizations by seeking constant feedback from users and by making continuous improvements
Communicate issues and insights to leaders in a digestible format. Follow up, seek feedback on the usability, correctness and make improvements
Work closely with stakeholders from Tech, Product and Ops teams on the day-to-day execution of analytics, projects & new initiatives
Work closely with our GTM and Finance teams to support their business objectives through integrations and automations
Understand the key drivers and metrics underpinning Adit’s products and business lines and work closely with business analysts to help draw insights and recommendations that will help the company grow and scale effectively.

Requirements

3-4 years of experience working as a developer in a Business Operations environment
Excellent experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator or Both (configuration, customization, administration, and reporting)
Strong background in writing custom functions (Deluge/Java) and connecting Zoho CRM with third-party applications via API (REST API Integrations)
Knowledge in PHP and JS is a plus
Good experience in Front-end and Server-Side Programming, Integration experience with REST, OAuth, SOAP APIs and Web Services is a plus
Experience with building data pipelines for Zoho Analytics will be an added advantage
Experienced with other Zoho Apps will be a plus (Flow, Books,Billing, Desk etc)
You have a high degree of ownership. You own the scope, implementation and outcome of your projects.
:Should be comfortable working in US-shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am)
