Job description

Sinch is looking for a results-oriented Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our marketing team and focus on developing and executing targeted ABM strategies to generate leads and opportunities from high-value accounts. In this role, you’ll create and manage account-based marketing campaigns aimed at engaging and converting key prospects in the North American market.

Responsibilities
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy: Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns to engage high-value accounts and personas in North America. Focus on delivering personalized marketing initiatives designed to nurture prospects and drive conversions.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Lead the execution of ABM campaigns across digital channels, including LinkedIn, paid search, and display ads, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum effectiveness. Monitor, measure, and refine campaigns to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics tools (e.g., 6Sense, Salesforce) to track and measure campaign performance. Use insights to adjust strategies, improve targeting, and drive better ROI from ABM efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the demand generation, sales, and content teams to ensure ABM campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and sales goals. Guide content creation to support ABM initiatives (e.g., ad copy, landing pages).
  • Lead Scoring & Engagement: Develop lead scoring models to identify the highest-priority accounts, ensuring effective follow-up and engagement strategies that drive conversions.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and tools to support ABM efforts, exploring new opportunities for expanded reach and improved lead generation.
  • North America Focus: Tailor ABM campaigns to the unique needs and characteristics of the North American market, ensuring alignment with regional business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, with a strong focus on B2B and North American market initiatives
  • Experience with ABM platforms like 6Sense, Terminus, and other tools to manage and track ABM campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms is also beneficial.
  • Strong expertise in ABM strategy and campaign execution, particularly for high-value accounts.
  • Data-driven with the ability to interpret campaign results and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, providing strategic guidance for content creation aligned with ABM goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and strategic insights.
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple ABM campaigns simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and performance optimization.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $92,618 - $110,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. 
This position is also eligible for bonus. This role will be accepting applications until 03/28/25 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
