About the Job
Loopback Analytics is seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Director to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs targeting key life science clients. This role will be instrumental in driving awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales of our real-world data solutions within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through ABM initiatives.
Job Duties to Include
· Target Account Identification & Prioritization: Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritize high-value accounts that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP). Develop and maintain a dynamic lead list for each account.
· Account Dossier Development: Create comprehensive dossiers for each target account, including in-depth research on their therapeutic areas of focus, existing drug portfolio and pipeline, competitive landscape, key stakeholders, and current data utilization strategies.
· Content Strategy & Development: Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop clinically relevant and compelling content showcasing the value proposition of our RWD solutions. This includes white papers, case studies, webinars, presentations, and other marketing materials tailored to the specific needs and interests of each target account. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure clinical accuracy and relevance.
· Personalized Outreach Campaign Execution: Design and execute multi-channel, personalized outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers and influencers within each target account. Leverage a variety of channels, including email, direct mail, social media (LinkedIn), and targeted advertising, ensuring a consistent and impactful message.
· Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively engage with target accounts, including personalized content, messaging frameworks, and competitive intelligence.
· Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of ABM programs. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
· ABM Technology & Tool Utilization: Leverage ABM platforms and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, track engagement, and personalize outreach efforts. Maintain proficiency in relevant technologies.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful ABM programs that drive measurable results.
· Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
· Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance metrics.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
