Account-Based Marketing Manager (ABM)

By 2000, we became the largest search engine in Russia, a position we have held ever since. In addition to helping consumers, Yandex provides solutions that help advertisers and companies grow their businesses in Russia and beyond.

We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Manager (ABM). You should be comfortable with fast-paced work and passionate about sales and business development.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals
  • Provide stakeholders with ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward set goals
  • Clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Give sales pitches and presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Hold personal meetings with partners, organize training seminars and webinars
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Ability to build relationships with a consultative sales approach to partners
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
  • Experience working in HubSpot
  • Experience with ABM tools (Demandbase/Influ2/N.Rich/6sense/Terminus)
  • Experience working with SimilarWeb and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and repurpose written sales and marketing copy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
