Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Business Development Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, participating in Request for Proposals (RPOs), and driving initiatives that foster growth and expansion for the company.

What will you do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market share.
  • Participate actively in RPOs and manage the proposal process, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Conduct client presentations and demonstrate a deep understanding of our BPO services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients while understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the BPO industry.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company's services and expand professional networks.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in the BPO industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully participating in RPOs and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
