What You’ll Do:

Track & Analyze Performance: Monitor the efficiency of individual teams, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
Find Opportunities for Growth: Uncover bottlenecks and inefficiencies to help us scale smarter and faster.
Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with developers and data engineers to ensure seamless data solutions and reporting structures.
Develop & Maintain Dashboards: Create clear and insightful reports using Power BI, or other visualization tools.
Support Data-Driven Decision-Making: Deliver reports and insights that help leadership make informed choices.

What We Expect:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 4 years in a data-driven role (BI, analytics, or similar) and proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Programming experience in PHP, Python is an advantage
