Job description

This is a remote position.

The CEO of a fast-growing automotive services company is on the lookout for a Virtual Marketing Assistant. This fully remote, flexible independent contractor role requires just 2-3 hours per week—perfect for a marketing pro looking to make an impact. The focus of the role is to boost Google traffic, optimize the website, and manage social media channels to help drive the company’s success.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and edit content for various projects, including presentations, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Manage and execute projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and market data to provide insightful reports.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and promotional materials for product launches and company initiatives.
  • Manage and update the company's Google business tools, website, and social media platforms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in content editing, marketing support, or project management.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Google business tools, website management, and social media marketing.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to provide valuable insights.





Benefits
This is a fully remote, flexible independent contractor role and requires just 2-3 hours per week.


Salary:

R200 - R280
