Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as a Virtual B2C Appointment Setter / Cold Caller for a forward-thinking real estate firm. Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging outbound cold calls to potential clients, leveraging provided lists to uncover new business opportunities
  • Master the art of appointment setting, skillfully matching qualified leads with the sales team to drive conversions
  • Become an expert in the RealGeeks CRM system, efficiently managing and updating lead information to ensure a seamless sales process
  • Utilize the company’s cutting-edge linked phone system to make professional, high-quality calls
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to overcome objections, persuading potential clients to schedule appointments
  • Maintain meticulous records of all calls and appointments within the CRM, contributing to data-driven decision-making
  • Adapt communication style to resonate with the local Farmington community, building rapport and trust with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead qualification processes and improve overall conversion rates
  • Stay informed about local real estate trends and company offerings to provide valuable insights during client interaction

Requirements
  • Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone
  • Proven track record in cold calling or appointment setting, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in RealGeeks considered a significant advantage
  • Sharp listening skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals over the phone quickly
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the capacity to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote setting
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
  • Flexibility to work part-time (20-35 hours per week) with the potential to transition to full-time (35-40 hours) as the business grows
