Job description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Intern to join us for summer 2025!

Jumpstart your sales career with Fluke Reliability’s Inside Sales Intern, where you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and enhancing customer relationships. This position is ideal for those with a passion for sales and customer engagement, providing a unique opportunity to learn alongside our seasoned sales and marketing teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with existing customers to understand their needs, uncovering opportunities for upsells and cross-sells to facilitate account expansion.
  • Sales Campaigns: Assist in developing and executing proactive sales campaigns targeting specific customer segments or market opportunities.
  • Lead Management: Manage the inbound lead process, ensuring leads are qualified, followed up on, and escalated as necessary to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize sales efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns, product launches, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Inquiry Handling: Address sales inquiries and direct them to appropriate sales representatives, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up.
  • Escalation Management: Handle incoming customer escalation inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Support: Manage training inquiries and assist the sales team in the quotation process to support customer education and product understanding.

Pay Range

The hourly range for this position (in local currency) is $20-$40/hour.
