We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and business process analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, development teams, and product owners.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and priorities.
Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
Utilize Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.) to track and manage work progress.
Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements to optimize workflows and efficiency.
Identify and resolve roadblocks, dependencies, and conflicts within Agile teams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating requirements and ensuring quality deliverables.
Analyze data trends and business insights to support decision-making and process enhancements.
Facilitate discussions between stakeholders to drive consensus on project scope and priorities.
Document and maintain business process models, workflows, and functional specifications.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure Agile best practices are followed and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and Agile methodologies to enhance team performance.
What You'll Bring to Numerator
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role.
Proven experience working in Agile environments and a solid understanding of Scrum frameworks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Agile/Scrum (CSM, ACP, or similar) is a plus.
