Within Chowbus, the Business Intelligence (BI) organization combines a deep understanding of business strategy and performance with analytical and technical expertise to deliver insights and drive data-driven decision-making across the company. This team is responsible for identifying key focus areas and rapidly improving the quality of decision-making in those areas.

Within the BI organization, the Business Intelligence Analyst role is designed for structured thinkers with the technical ability to interpret data and the communication skills to translate insights into actionable strategies for business leaders. • Work closely with engineering and data teams to improve data accuracy, reporting automation, and system integrations
  • Support pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and market expansion analysis for business growth

3. Process Optimization & Strategy 15%

  • Identify inefficiencies in restaurant onboarding, subscription billing, and operational workflows and recommend improvements
  • Monitor customer lifecycle metrics and suggest retention and upsell strategies
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support financial planning

4. Reporting & Visualization 30%

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools for real-time monitoring
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports summarizing business performance and trends
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders
