The Role

✔ Plan and coordinate company events, including monthly activities and the annual holiday party.
✔ Oversee employee recognition programs for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones.
✔ Assist in posting job listings on various job boards as directed by the HR Manager or HR Specialist.
✔ Support the implementation and analysis of the annual employee satisfaction survey.
