HR Coordinator, UK Remote

What You’ll Do**
You'll partner with operations and human capital as a trusted advisor to support employees. You'll support all employee relations issues, including terminations, performance, investigations disciplinary, grievances and sickness and absence concerns.
Your role as an HR coordinator will be far from one-dimensional; you will be switched on, hardworking and ambitious. With a can-do positive attitude, You will be responsible for ensuring accurate administration, and supporting the day-to-day operations in relation to HR activity. A keen eye to detail is a must!
You’ll report to the UK HR Manager. As a person you get enjoyment and satisfaction out of making things run smoothly and ‘making things happen’. This is a hands-on role. You will be involved with many different departments of the business, have conflicting priorities and excellent organisation and diplomacy skills. You must be comfortable working in a constantly moving and changing environment with a high level of autonomy. **
