Associate Director, Human Resources

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of People Solutions. The successful candidate is responsible for supporting the Concentrix People Solutions strategy by providing operational leadership in the design, development, analysis, implementation, administration, and communication of People Solutions programs that align to our business strategy and culture.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

• Lead, design, evaluate, analyze, and implement all People Solutions activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management to drive development and execution of an effective short-term and long-term regional and departmental strategy

• Works closely with the organization's leaders, through cross-departmental partnerships, to align People Solutions initiatives to strategic business goals by building a relationship of trust and keeping a key focus on performance, management practices, policies, talent management, and compensation

• Provide support and guidance to organization leadership on employee relations issues, ensuring consistent approach and application of all company policies and processes, and represent the company in legal matters, as required

• Leverage external networks to provide subject matter expertise on changing market conditions, legislation, best practices, and/or advancements in technology to develop People Solutions philosophy, strategic plans, and ensure policies and programs are aligned

• Responsible for establishing and clearly communicating departmental strategy; providing feedback regarding tactical operations including resource allocation, goal setting, and managing performance.  Determine and implement appropriate staffing

• Direct team in providing comprehensive analysis of various types of key People Solutions metrics and consult with management and provide recommendations on effective decision making; develop and implement creative and proactive solutions and gauge program effectiveness

• Direct team and provide expertise to manage technology, tools, and systems to support complex, large-scale company initiatives and projects

• Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Communicate and reinforce the Company's values, culture, and Leadership Behaviors to assist in development of a high performing organization; Lead and support development of a performance-oriented culture through strategic goals and initiatives

   

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant experience of 10+ years along with 3-5 years in a Leadership preferred.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and outcome-focused environment that has a bias for action. 

• University Degree Preferred   

• Experience with Workday preferred   

• Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal.  Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates   

• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills   

• Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact   

• Demonstrated ability to lead strategy behind mentoring and coaching for team(s) and to act as leadership advisor   

• Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity   

• Extensive understanding of the organization's business operations and industry.  Knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices   

• Advanced ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.

The base salary range for this position is $122,960 - $165,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
