Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, managing their inquiries and providing exceptional support.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently to enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to gather additional insights.
  • Analyze customer interactions and create reports to identify trends and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in online media and familiarity with industry trends.
