Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
