Mukuru is looking for a dynamic People Acquisition Partner to join our team in Cape Town or Johannesburg.
The People Acquisition Partner plays a key role in attracting top talent for Mukuru. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines, locations, and levels, ensuring an efficient and objective hiring process in line with company policies and best practices. The ideal candidate will provide strategic talent acquisition support, coach hiring managers, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) plans. Additionally, the role involves preparing talent dashboards, validating data, and analyzing recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
