Executive Partner, Gartner for General Managers

About the role:

Gartner for General Managers (GGM) is the indispensable tool for senior executives (CEO, President, SVP, etc.) within Global 1000 High Tech & Telco companies. We help them to achieve their goals more quickly, more cost effectively and with a higher assurance of success. 

What you will do:

  

Executive Partners in GGM manage a portfolio of 15-25+ member relationships. As their EP, you will:

  • Work with senior executive members on strategies, plans, and roadmaps for new capabilities and offerings that will drive growth and market expansion

  • Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan  

  • Deliver value through regular briefings, virtual workshops, roundtables, webinars and by attending relevant Gartner events

  • Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization and collaborate with them to ensure member engagement and renewal of GGM business  

  • Use clients MCPs to build an engagement plan to drive and orchestrate interactions with

Gartner analysts and resources to most effectively accelerate client’s goals

What you will need:

  • We’d love to work with you if you have 15+ years’ experience in roles such as CEO, General Manager, Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Strategist, etc. and/or Consulting roles serving clients at this level

  • In-depth understanding of business and launching new technology products and services

  • Ideally you will have progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Block Chain, Big Data, Cloud, etc.)

  • Potential candidates should be able to demonstrate exposure to large end-to-end transformative initiatives having led/co-led large critical programs

  • Experience coaching and mentoring senior level leaders 

  • You should also have expert level skill at managing multiple priorities while also being able to demonstrate advanced critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
