Are you great at juggling multiple projects at once and have an exceptional attention to detail? Do you have a talent for distilling down complex information into clear and concise written communications?

The Lactation Network is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to help more families get access to insurance-covered lactation care through supporting our growing network of International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs). Reporting into our Director of IBCLC Marketing, this role will develop a deep understanding of this unique audience, help create programming to support LCs in their business goals, support the execution of clear and consistent communications with the network and use data and analytics to track and measure efficacy of various initiatives. We’re seeking someone passionate about improving the healthcare landscape with a deep respect for audience insights and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

We are a small, tight-knit, purpose-driven organization with big growth goals in 2025 and beyond. We don’t have all the answers and we don’t expect you to, either. We do expect you to be curious, hardworking, and striving to be your best self.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to surface audience needs and appropriately communicate business updates to LC network
  • Distill down sometimes complex topics from cross-functional partners into easily understandable and actionable items for our LC audience
