Job Description

  • Answer emails
  • Answer live chat
  • Reply to direct messages and comments on social media (like Instagram & Facebook)
  • Overall, answering customers questions, addressing concerns, and educating them on our products

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Previous experience with any of our current softwares is preferred but not required (Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk)
  • Great communication skills
  • Positive attitude and a good team player

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
