The Opportunity

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our revenue-driving teams and hiring top-tier talent across other strategic roles in the organization. You’ll partner with leaders to gain a deep understanding of their teams and talent gaps, proactively build and manage talent pipelines for multiple roles and be quick to react to changes in business needs.

We give you a deep understanding of both UserTesting (business, product and culture) and the industry we operate in, which in turn will ensure you are having quality conversations with candidates and clearly demonstrating the value of a career at UserTesting holds. 

You will expertly manage the full hiring process with both candidates and Hiring Managers by taking briefs, sourcing suitable candidates through adverts, headhunting, network building and using tools such as LinkedIn. You’ll provide guidance to managers on interviewing practices and ensure interview processes are consistent, fair and equitable.

Here’s some wider responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and business support functions while also supporting other key business hiring needs as required

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align hiring strategies with company growth objectives.

  • Develop sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber talent, leveraging direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and industry events.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business functions, ensuring we stay ahead of hiring needs

  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers across multiple functions, ensuring clarity and alignment in hiring decisions.

  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and partner with our compensation team to provide benchmarking to support data-driven hiring strategies.

  • Optimize the candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our company values and employer brand.

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline diversity, hiring trends etc) with Workday, our ATS, to drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition and wider People team to enhance our processes and ensure efficiency in hiring across the business.

About the People Team

As the People Team at UserTesting, we play a vital role in transforming and building excellent teams of high-performing talent.  Our People team stretches across North America and Europe and includes people business partners, compensation & benefits, people operations, L&D, culture and IDEB and talent acquisition.


 

What we’re looking for

  • You’ll be an experienced recruiter (in-house and/or agency) with a focus on sales and GTM hiring in a global, fast-paced, SaaS company

  • You’ll have strong sourcing expertise, leveraging direct outreach, passive candidate engagement and innovative recruitment strategies

  • You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence, consult and guide hiring managers through the hiring process and balance multiple high-priority requisitions across multiple teams and departments

  • You’ll have successfully built talent pipelines and used them reduce time to fill 

  • You’ll be based in Eastern Standard Time and willing to travel when necessary to meet with stakeholders and the team
