This is a remote position.

About the Client:

 

This role is ideal for a recruiter with a proven track record who is ready to take on more responsibility and work in a UK shift. If you have strong English communication skills and are passionate about finding and placing the best candidates, we want to hear from you.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

·        Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

·        Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles.

·        Interview Coordination: Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional process.

·        Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide updates on the hiring process.

·        Offer Management: Assist in the negotiation and preparation of job offers, ensuring a successful onboarding experience for candidates.

·        Recruitment Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment to meet the client’s needs and exceed expectations.

·        Submit daily reports for visibility of work

 



Requirements

 

  Qualifications:

·        Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end hiring processes. 5+ years for Senior agency recruiter

·        Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

·        UK Shift Availability: Willingness to work the afternoon to evening UK shift.

·        Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industries you're recruiting for, with a preference for candidates who have experience in international recruitment.

·        Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other related tools.

·        Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
