Prior experience in recruiting for Singapore / Malaysian Market is required.
Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute recruiting strategies and plans focused on recruiting active and passive candidates matching opportunities with Cloud Kinetics
Work along with recruitment team to fulfill vacancies through the most beneficial source of recruitment with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimizing costs and improve quality of hire.
Implementing the sourcing strategy along with sourcing qualified candidates for all roles at Cloud Kinetics
Source potential candidates through generating referral from internal employees, job boards, social media channels and professional networks
Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and defined screening criteria's
Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans
Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
Focus on Candidate Experience: deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
4- 8 years experience in Talent Acquisition
Prior experience in recruiting for Singapore / Malaysian Market is required.
