Your key responsibilities:
  • Safety Policy Development: Set the stage for a safer work environment by crafting and implementing thoughtful safety policies and procedures.
  • Risk Assessments: Proactively identify potential hazards with thorough risk assessments, staying one step ahead of possible threats.
  • Incident Investigations: Assume the role of an investigator to meticulously analyse accidents and incidents, implementing effective corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Safety Documentation: Maintain an organized archive of safety records and documentation, ensuring easy access and compliance.
  • Program Evaluation: Monitor and assess the impact of safety programs, continually refining strategies to enhance workplace safety.
  • Safety Culture Building: Work hand-in-hand with management and staff to foster a culture of safety, where every employee is an active participant in maintaining a secure environment.
  • Emergency Planning: Assist in the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive emergency response plans, ensuring preparedness for any situation.
  • Compliance Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify adherence to safety regulations and standards, maintaining a culture of compliance.
  • Safety Project Management: Lead safety-related projects and initiatives with precision and foresight, driving continuous improvement in safety practices.
  • External Coordination: Liaise with external agencies and authorities on safety matters, ensuring alignment with broader safety standards and regulations.
