Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year with full benefits

Your Role:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Offer therapy to individuals, couples, and families, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Maintain ethical, professional boundaries while fostering strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the overall success of the mental health team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work.
• Active LICSW license in Washington State.
• Experience delivering therapy across diverse populations.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
