Job description

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to be a part of our Hackney's Adults Assessment & Safeguarding Team.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults at risk to identify their needs and safeguarding concerns.
Develop, implement, and review care plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users.
Collaborate with other agencies to provide effective social work services and safeguard adults at risk.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
