The Role
As Sprinto scales, you will have opportunities to expand into a senior CRO role, managing larger optimization projects and influencing broader growth strategies and processes
Responsibilities
Website & Landing Page Optimization: Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and improve UI/UX, CTAs, and page elements for better conversions.
Performance Marketing CRO: Optimize landing pages for paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), refining messaging and layouts for higher conversions.
Data Analysis & Insights: Use GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify friction points, optimize user flows, and provide actionable insights.
Experimentation & Testing: Develop and execute CRO experiments, leveraging A/B testing and personalization strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, content, growth, and product teams to align CRO with business goals.

Requirements
3-5 years in CRO, UX optimization, or related roles (preferably in B2BSaaS).

Hands-on experience with A/B testing, heatmaps, and user surveys.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and persuasive copy.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
