Opportunity

As the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of DeVry University’s website (devry.edu) and related digital assets to increase conversion rates and drive enrollment growth in support of the University’s mission. You will analyze user behavior, implement A/B testing, and utilize data-driven insights to improve the overall user experience and maximize conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates across various websites and campaign landing pages.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Crazy Egg, Site Improve or similar.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to identify high impact optimization opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively across Marketing, IT, Learner Experience, and Academics to implement CRO initiatives.
  • Guide the website development and authoring teams in designing, developing, and implementing continuous website improvements.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on CRO performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRO to ensure leading edge strategies are implemented.
  • Inform the selection and implementation of CRO tools with an eye towards improving results.
  • Ensure that all CRO initiatives adhere to compliance regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, software development or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in CRO, A/B testing, web development or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, naturally curious with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Crazy Egg, Adobe Target, VWO or similar CRO platforms.
  • Exceptional project management and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong process orientation and a high attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relentlessly driven with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to get projects completed no matter the obstacles.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where multiple projects with varying deadlines is the norm.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics or other relevant CRO certifications are a plus.
