Position Overview

We are seeking Bilingual Customer Support Representatives for a high-volume outbound project. This temporary position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a background in outbound calling, and a drive to achieve results. If you have experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales-related customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Effectively introduce products, services, or campaigns.
  • Handle objections and provide compelling responses to generate interest and secure engagements.
  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, updates, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance quotas.
  • Build rapport with prospects and ensure a positive brand experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to refine strategies and enhance call effectiveness.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and target audience.
  • Efficiently manage time to maintain consistent productivity throughout shifts.
Requirements

 

Candidate Profile Overview:
  • Telemarketing/Call Center Representatives
    • Experience in BPO or customer service industries with outbound sales or appointment-setting tasks.
    • Familiarity with call scripts, rebuttals, and call handling best practices.
  • Lead Generation Specialists
    • Background in identifying and qualifying leads for sales teams.
    • Experience using lead databases and prospecting strategies.
  • Sales Representatives (Inside/Outside Sales)
    • Proven track record in outbound sales and meeting quotas.
    • Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and negotiating with potential customers.
  • Account Executives or Business Development Representatives
    • Strong background in outbound outreach and building client relationships.
    • Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.
  • Customer Support Professionals with Sales Exposure
    • Customer service experience with upselling or retention responsibilities.
    • Experience handling objections and resolving issues while promoting products.
