We take pride in initiating major technology shifts to provide innovative intelligent audio and video solutions that truly make the world look and sound better. We are looking for a Warranty Project Manager to enhance and align our warranty processes across functions.   

The Role:   

As our new Warranty Project Manager you will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of warranty policies and processes across our global operations. This role is focused on ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance in warranty management, fortifying alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to refine warranty guidelines, track performance, and lead improvement initiatives.  

It is not a requirement that you are a fully-fledged warranty expert from day one, but we need a person with stakeholder management skills and some knowledge of product warranty, preferably about the entire product life cycle from R&D/product development to customer feedback. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Project planning and management of the integration of warranty policies and procedures on all major projects undertaken by the Operations teams.  

  • Cross functionally collaborate, maintaining timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.  

  • Identify areas for improvement in the warranty process and recommend changes. 

  • Stay updated on industry warranty trends, new legislations, and best practices. 
     

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Process Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. 

  • Eexperience in warranty management, service operations, or process improvement. 

  • Solid project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Possess analytical and data-driven skills 

  • Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, and policy development. 

  • Familiarity with warranty management systems, CRM tools, and process automation. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Experience working with global teams and regulatory compliance is a plus.
