You’ll gather client requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee project implementation.

Responsibilities

Requirements gathering, analysis, and project design

Scoping calls with customers for needs analysis and solution proposal

Managing and coaching the implementation team; reviewing deliverables

Project management for timely delivery of technical projects

Being the public face for the team, supporting sales with professional services

Maintaining and producing internal and customer-facing documentation

Continuous team improvement through process standardization and automation

Providing training to internal team members

Requirements and skills

3-4 years experience in consulting, software engineering, or technical customer-facing roles

Excellent knowledge of SQL

BSc in Computer Science or a related field

Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile development, and planning

Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and diligent

Agile and Scrum Master Training or certification
