  • Min 2.5 years of proven experience in data entry or similar roles, preferably within the real estate or property industry. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Excellent research skills to source missing data. 
  • Proficiency in using data entry tools, databases, and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Core responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input property listing data into the system, ensuring all information is complete and consistent. 
  • Data Enrichment: Enhance property listings by researching and adding missing or updated information to improve data quality and comprehensiveness. 
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular QA checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of property data. 
  • Data Research: Source and gather any missing or incomplete data through online research and third-party resources to ensure listings are fully enriched. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to maintain the accuracy of property listings.
