Min 2.5 years Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role. Strong typing speed and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM systems, project management software, or cloud-based databases is a plus.
Core responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update information in company databases, spreadsheets, and client records. Maintain organized records of writing projects, client details, and business operations. Ensure consistency and accuracy in all data entries by cross-checking source materials. Assist in organizing digital and physical documents for easy retrieval. Generate reports and summaries based on data inputs. Support the writing and editorial teams by managing workflow documentation. Perform regular data audits to verify accuracy and completeness. Follow company policies and data security measures to protect sensitive information.
