THE ROLE

We are hiring a Manual Fraud Operations to join our growing team for a part time job. Reporting to Fraud Operations Lead, the Manual Fraud Operations will play a critical role within Unit. The successful candidate will help protect the financial and repetitional interests of Unit and our clients by researching, analyzing and taking appropriate action on questionable or suspicious transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitoring transactions for possible fraudulent and suspicious activity

  • Conduct manual reviews of any application that did not automatically pass CIP/KYC verification

  • Support fraud monitoring including review of Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) items, ACH payments, and disputes tracking

  • Assist with automation efforts and see out new opportunities to improve our processes

  • Support special projects as needed
