Working Title: Clinical Services Administrative Personnel 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 

Posting Salary Range: $40,314 - $53,045 

Office Location: Remote within North Carolina.

What We’re Looking For 

Trillium Health Resources has an exceptional opportunity to join our team as Clinical Services Administrative Personnel. As a key member of our Clinical Operations Team,, you will provide confidential administrative support and directly contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of informational reports and special projects as requested by the Chief Clinical Operations Officer. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional capable of independently balancing the administrative priorities to support up to seven Clinical Service Lines. The candidate must be proficient with modern office equipment and Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, can work independently in a virtual environment, and has excellent written and oral communication skills.
  
 On a typical day, you might: 

  • Handle and process sensitive, complex, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of informational reports and special projects.
  • Monitor and assist management of operational projects, tasks, or databases, to include tracking of deadlines and deliverables for the department.
  • Perform general clerical work.

Qualifications:  

Education:
 High School Diploma or GED. An Associate degree or Certificate in Business, Project Management or Administrative related field is preferred. 

Experience:
 Two (2) years of clerical and/or office management to include experience assisting a senior executive and/or multiple high-level leaders.
 OR
 Equivalent combination of higher education/experience.
  
License/Certification:
 Must have a valid driver’s license 

Location:
 Remote within North Carolina.
 Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.
 Must be able to travel to a Trillium office location and within catchment as required.
