Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and implement a hiring strategy aligned with INDG’s business goals.
Establish a scalable recruitment model that ensures we attract top talent.
Build and execute a sourcing and pipeline strategy for senior and niche roles.
Define and strengthen INDG’s employer branding and candidate experience.
Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization
Standardize and enforce best hiring practices across the company.
Optimize our ATS and recruitment technology for greater efficiency and scalability
Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and grow the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring capabilities and decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on hiring trends and market dynamics.
