Responsibilities: - Help us with sourcing candidates through various channels - Screening potential candidates and application forms to identify suitable profiles. - Maintain a healthy candidate experience and build the employer brand - Have a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed. - Are an effective communicator who can establish rapport with people at all levels - Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company. - Contacting existing candidates as well as prospective candidates using scripts. - Maintaining the database of the candidateson a regular basis. - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews - Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our system
Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field - Proven working experience in a similar field - Calling software experience - Any prior experience in Recruitment. - People-oriented and results-driven - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills - The ability to work as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent administrative and organizational skills. - Effective communication skills.
