A Bit About The Role
This is an exciting new opportunity to join Action for Children as a Recruitment Marketing Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will have responsibility for strategically developing, delivering, and executing recruitment marketing strategies, applying expertise within recruitment campaign management, whilst building brand awareness and maximising the efficiency of social engagement resources.
You will also be instrumental in researching and analysing data, to inform the efficient and effective attraction of a diverse range of quality candidates to fill vacant roles across Action for Children.
How You'll Help To Create Brighter Futures By
Refining and delivering the projected outcomes of a recruitment marketing strategy.
Creating and managing end-to-end applicant attraction multi-channel campaigns.
Working alongside our Recruitment Services Manager to strategically develop our recruitment advertising, channel selection, media sourcing and creative development.
Working with external marketing agencies and suppliers.
Working alongside brand colleagues to continue to tailor Action for Children’s employer brand.
Managing the strategic recruitment marketing budget.
Maximising the impact of digital and affiliate websites.
Let's talk about you
Professional qualification in Marketing is desireable and experience in a comparable Recruitment Marketing role in a large/complex environment.
Experience of managing digital platforms and digital marketing tools.
Understanding and application of diversity, inclusion, and participation with examples of measurable success.
Proven experience of managing successful marketing campaigns with a focus on digital advertising.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and trends.
Analysing, interpreting, and presenting data, through written reports to board demonstrating ROI.
