Role Overview: 

As a Business Development Consultant at Zesty Work, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ongoing success within the creative and design sectors. This fully remote position offers a dynamic environment where you'll have the opportunity to leverage your passion for people, exceptional communication skills, and knack for building pipelines to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand our client base within the creative and design sectors.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges, and offer tailored solutions to address them.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Generate leads, build pipelines, and manage the end-to-end sales process to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Passion for people and a genuine interest in the creative and design industries
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field ideal but not 100% necessary, focusing on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry or knowledge of the creative and design sectors is a plus.
